Looking for a physical therapist

I am looking for a physical therapist (PT) to work with my husband for one hour or two hours twice a week with simple exercises recommended by our NHS physiotherapist. The PT can be in training, a student on a relevant course or a qualified retired person. Self referrals, suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated along with suggested hourly rates. Thanks!
