NEW YEAR PILATES - CLASS OFFERS!

Are you interested in starting or returning to pilates classes? If so, come along & try a class in January & February for just ?8 or bring a friend along too - ?7 each.


Small, friendly classes in Dulwich Village SE21 on Mondays, 10-11am - max 15 per class.


Classes resume on MONDAY 8 JANUARY 2018.


Pilates is renowned for promoting good posture, improved breathing to help you to move with fluidity + stability. It is beneficial and suitable for all adult fitness levels.


General, mixed ability class - with an experienced Body Control Pilates Association' qualified instructor.

    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
