On Monday January 8th at 7.30pm I am running a TASTER class for my Beginners/ Healthy Backs, Injury Rehab class.

At Goose Green Church, 62 E. Dulwich Road, SE22.

If you decide you would like to continue with the class the fees will be:

5 week course for ?60 OR

9 class card for ?112.50 valid for 3 months OR

?13.50 drop-in.

I have 18 years experience teaching Pilates in E. Dulwich.

I trained with Alan Herdman as a Pilates teacher, after many years experience as a contemporary dancer and teacher.

I have a BA (hons) in Dance from Trinity Laban
