Get Healthy and Try Veganuary with delicious new dishes at FCWellbeing Cafe, East Dulwich


We love New Year, a great time to focus on getting healthier through exercise and diet. For us we don?t need any excuse to try new brilliant plant and superfood recipes!


This month we are testing delicious new vegan-based counter top salads such as revitalising Steamed Greens with Tahini Maple Dressing, digestion boosting Roasted Veg with Dukkah, Detoxing spiced Harissa Carrots - take it vegan or add non-vegan extras and dressings.


We are also adding amazing new cakes from our in-house gluten-free bakers and suppliers including Pistachio, Raspberry, Rosewater Cake and Chocolate, Cherry, Macaroon Cake.


Pop in and try our health-boosting dishes, drinks, artisan coffee and hugely popular gluten-free sourdough bread.

      Vance seems to be  as bad as Trump. If Trump is assassinated, wouldn't Vance just step up to be president? Or doesn't it work like that?

      I doubt it was the ice cream.   Lots of winter bugs around.   Noro virus is around ATM and it can have a sudden onset.   It is horrible to see little ones being ill but hopefully it will pass soon.   Call 111 if you are concerned.
