Job Description

We are looking for an experienced window cleaning operative to help us grow our expanding company, you will have at least three years experience.

A candidate with ambition to progress within a fast paced, expanding and energetic company will benefit hugely from this opportunity, we are creating up to thirty jobs this year, the position will be the benchmark for all our new employees in the field, your role is essential to the development of our company and the prerequisites of future roles of window cleaning operatives.

Hydro Smart are one of the fastest growing companies in London providing commercial and domestic window cleaning services to a broad range of clients.

Experience is absolutely everything, working at height is minimal but is part of the job we operate a WFP system in conjunction with traditional methods you must have an attention to detail and be able to work to the very highest of standards alongside to keeping accurate records.

You must be fit and active and be willing if necessary to undertake a medical examination, you will be able to demonstrate that you have the correct skills to work with the equipment you will be operating.

The position will possibly include working away and you should be flexible at all times and be willing to work extra hours to help in the development of our growing company. the is expected from the very start of your employment.

We operate a virtually cashless system, having a basic if not intermediate understanding of digital technology and card payment know-how is preferred however training will be offered to the right person. all work is electronic and is downloaded to a device everyday .

You are provided with a work uniform to uphold the identity of the company image which is expected to be worn and kept clean and presentable at all times.

It is essential that you are able to communicate directly and well spoken with customers and be able to manage requests and concerns as and when they may arise our focus is customer service.

You will be expected to help develop new customers which will involve field work and communicating with customers from all backgrounds, excellent communication is needed and verbal reasoning skills are essential to your role.

The position is a development to management role and you may be asked to attended courses and seminars which may include overnight accommodation.

Window cleaning to the very highest standard

Record keeping

Canvassing customers

Managing work schedules

Developing new business opportunities

Customer service dealing with concerns and enquirers

Daily reconciliations and information gathering

Managing and developing a team

Maintaining the image of the company

Working with vulnerable people
