I have been advised to use this website regarding a few issues in the street (stuff like fly tipping, bins, pavements.....stuff you contact the council about and they ignore) as apparently it's really helpful in getting stuff done!

Anyone used it?

I don't think is fair. The Southwark line has always responded to calls about flytipping and overflowing bins in my experience. Also, councillors Hamvas and Barber are often on here and respond to people's concerns.

I've used it a couple days of times for issues in Lewisham (dead cat and abandoned vehicle) both resolved within 2 days.

It worked! At least I think it worked! To be fair I had already reported the issue to the council but received no response.

I have now used the website again with a bin issue- having complained a number of times to Lewisham Council with no result, if the issue gets sorted this time then we can conclude that this website helps!
