A level science tutor

Myant

Recommended Posts

I have worked in scientific research for nearly 30years but 6 years ago I moved to East Dulwich and set my self up as a freelance science tutor, teaching A level chemistry and biology. I must have taught up to 200 students in that time from a wide range of state and independent schools in South East London. My students have had an enormously wide range of backgrounds, aptitudes, aspirations and motivations but I have always done my best to support them and help them to achieve their goals.

I am now looking to fill my last few slots with local committed students who would like regular weekly sessions. I live at 55 Pellatt Road SE22 9JB, I charge 30 pounds per hour and you can find out more about me by going to the tutor pages website.

My email address is ruth.gordonweeks0@gmail.com.

    • Is it the smell of council officers pooping themselves over the two recent court defeats at Lambeth and what it could mean for Southwark?  🤣
    • Needed a new rear roof for terrace house in East Dulwich and heard about Danny Denton (07943 673482). Have worked with over 20 builders in the past but this guy was way the best - polite, hard working, honest, professional, informative, highly skilled and above all quoted lower than any of the others who came down to view the job. If you need roofing work I would definitely give him a call. If he's busy working else where I assure you he is well worth waiting for. He got the scaffold up and job finished in no time and kept me informed at every stage. Another roofer (who appears on this forum) gave a quote which was three times higher than Danny's.
    • I noticed that today too, at that corner of the Alleyn's field. Isn't it just the same as the habitual one from the school field in Greendale, just after the rail bridge?  I've never quite fixed on how and exactly where that one's coming from, but have mentally tagged it as cut grass probably fermenting.
