Planning, Logistics, Customer ServicesWe are a small but growing creative and eCommerce business based in Brockley who are looking for some part time assistance for our Commercial Director as we expand into the US later this year.The role would suit somebody with strong organisational skills from an administrative or operational background which could include marketing or events planning. Good Excel skills and a head for numbers are a necessity as the role will involve the use of fairly complex workbooks including pivot tables.The role is likely to evolve over time, but initially will involve:? analysing stock levels and requirements? sourcing suppliers for stock? ordering stock and ensuring delivery deadlines are met? liaising with contract packers to co-ordinate product assembly? assisting with planning for international expansion? assisting with customer servicesThe person we are looking for should be calm under pressure, a solution finder, confident and resourceful.
