Have over ordered and have 5 kerdi boards 62.5 x 125cm and 12mm thick.

This stuff is great for waterproofing bathrooms/shower stalls. It's a universal substrate for the installation of tiles of any kind and can also be used in bonded waterproofing assemblies.

The panels are lightweight, made of foam with a special reinforcement in both sides and a fleece webbing for effective anchoring to tile adhesive. You can put it in stud partition or dot and dab to the wall. Gridlines printed on the surface make straight cutting easy using a Stanley knife. Tiles go straight on. Can also be used on flooring. It's fire retardant and mould resistant. More info at www.schluter.co.uk

  Definitely this. I'm really quite shocked at my naivety when I look back. As for feeling safe in central London, after many, many years of working there and thriving, I don't feel quite so safe now. I think though that spending a lot more time in the relative peace of East Dulwich since retiring, the noise and speed of everything in central London has become a shock to the system and I'm disoriented. More so north of the river.

  I take precautions, as every woman does. I also have a large dog. It isn’t safe though, my teenagers have each been followed and harassed while walking home through East Dulwich.

  I sometimes don't feel as comfortable as I did but it's not because I'm older, it's because I'm sober. Staggering home when I was younger I always felt I like a had a cloak of invisibility around me. And a magic compass - not even sure how I found my way home some nights.
