Anyone had a JAGS multisport party for 7 yr old

Looking for an option for a combined party for my kids when they turn 7 and 5 (boy / girl). Was looking at JAGS multisport as says its a good option for mixed ages, but I'd always thought it looked as though it could be a bit young. Wondered if anyone had done a party there for 7 yr olds or had any comments? Thanks
