Young couple with baby looking for affordable 1 or 2 bedroom flat ideally with garden

We are a couple in our early 30`s and our 4 months old baby daughter, and we are looking to relocate to South London, closer to daddy`s work! We would like to rent long term, ideally a 2 bedroom flat with a garden, but a large 1 bedroom flat with open plan kitchen would work too, top budget is about ?1200.
