rover
HelloI know looking at smart phones/screens etc is bad before going to bed as disturbs melatonin etc, but is the same true with gro clocks and blue n8ght lights? I presume so, but any thoughts?I know you can turn the light off completely on a gro clock, but we use ours as a night light as little one scared of the dark..Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/180539-gro-clocksnight-lights-and-blue-light/ Share on other sites
Saffron
The intensity of a nightlight, particularly if it's not aimed directly at your face, is not likely to be great enough to disrupt sleep cycles.Just don't leave it too close to the bed, or pointing directly into your LO's face.(You'll likely cause more disruption by taking away the nightlight.)xx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/180539-gro-clocksnight-lights-and-blue-light/#findComment-1214160 Share on other sites
