Childminders/nannies who can work different days each week?

I realise this is a long shot, but friends in other areas have succeeded so it's worth a try. Are you a nanny or childminder who could look after our 15-month-old a minimum of two days per week, but with flexibility on which days? Husband and I are both freelance musicians working different days each week, so regular childcare doesn't work for us. Thanks!
