Jah Lush Posted June 29, 2011 Share Posted June 29, 2011 Do you collectively own the lease?I had awful problems with my former leaseholders before we bought them out and then formed our own management company which saved us thousands. Got really fed up with constantly being ripped off. If you can do both it's worth the investment. Good luck. I only wish we could have done it sooner.
