Babysitter on a Thursday evening for Year 8 girl

I am looking for someone to babysit/keep my daughter company on a Thursday while I go running.

Ideally hours would be 5.30 to 8.30/45 (depending on how quick I am getting home, theoretically I should get quicker each week!) each week, and you could help my daughter make food. I am keen on her learning to cook, so I think this would be an ideal time to do it. She gets herself home from school so no need for a school pick up, I just want her to have some company for the extended time I am out and I REALLY REALLY REALLY need to train.

A student, nanny, au pair or local person would be great!

  I'm going to add a fourth recommend for Rob Mills. A while back he did my boiler check and was so much more thorough than the previous boiler engineers I'd used, also taking the time to explain everything he was doing and why, which was extremely reassuring. Then this last weekend, when it was freezing cold, my boiler stopped working early on Saturday morning and was throwing out error messages that I couldn't resolve. He walked me through various steps to try via text message and resolved the issue for me with no charge. I was incredibly grateful and honestly, highly recommend him.
