Workshops - Breastfeeding, Bottle Feeding and Everything in between

Recommended Posts

Feeding our babies is the first and most fundamental thing that we do as new parents. But it can be FAR from straightforward.

One of the first places we notice the lack of 'the village' as parents, is when we realise how rarely we see or pay attention to how babies are fed until we have one.

So, we've been working hard behind the scenes to set up a new offering of feeding support for local parents. We are so excited to let you know that these will be going live next Monday 19th and will run every termtime Monday at 11am, with two different types of alternating session:

First, our Takes A Village feeding cafe led by IBCLC lactation consultant Imogen Unger. Whether breastfeeding, bottlefeeding or anything in-between, this session is for you to come along and access practical and emotional support, ask feeding questions and meet other new parents.

Then on alternate weeks Imogen is joined by fantastic local osteopath Nancy Nunn for a unique combined osteopathy and lactation consultant clinic. In this smaller, limited spaces session, feeding difficulties will be assessed and a targeted treatment by one, other or both offered as needed.

Both sessions are up to 2 hours, but pop along at their start times and stay as long as you need.

If you are looking for feeding support then booking is now open on www.takesavillage.co.uk
