This is a brand new class I am starting that is 'gentler' version of the Pilates mat classes I already offer. It is suitable for complete beginners, those suffering from back pain, postnatal mums or for people over 60.

I am a fully qualified and experienced pilates and meditation teacher. I am passionate about health, vitality and wellness and I love exploring the connection of the mind and the body through movement. My sessions are lighthearted and easygoing, I encourage you to connect to your body and move in a way that makes you feel good.

Pilates Mat for Healthy Backs - Wednesdays at 10:30am (during term time) at The Grafton Dance Centre near Dulwich Village. This class will focus on moving mindfully, building strength and increasing flexibility throughout body. All mats and small equipment are provided. Spaces are limited, so please get in touch to save yours!

Further information can be found on my website: reframepilates.com

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions - see you on the mat soon!

    • These have reduced over the years, are "perfect" lives Round Robins being replaced by "perfect" lives Instagram posts where we see all year round how people portray their perfect lives ?    The point of this thread is that for the last few years, due to issues at the mail offices, we had delays to post over Christmas. Not really been flagged as an issue this year but I am still betting on the odd card, posted well before Christmas, arriving late January.
