Hi all

Did any one see the large contingent of heavy metalists converging on Overhill Road this morning?

This was obviously a pilgrimage to Bon Scott who died of overdoing it on the 19th of Feb 1980. I think it is his birthday today. It was great!! Lots of long haired head bangers all wearing sleeveless denim jackets festooned with AC/DC badges and middle aged women with tatoos of the man on thier thighs and calves. It was pissing down with rain and I quessed by the flags they were wearing that they may have been German.

A colourful spectacle it was.

I saw I think the bands first gig at the Marquee in the late to mid 70's
