Sally Eva
We escort you from Nunhead and Peckham Rye to central London. Safe all the way. We leave Nunhead Station at 7.45am; Peckham Rye Station at 7.55am and arrive at Blackfriars at 8.30am. From there we can take you on to your final destination (please give advance warning if you need this). No charge, no tests of any sort. Turn up and go. The ride leaves Peckham Rye station from the bike stands behind McDonalds. If this sort of thing doesn't suit you -- you don't work on Wednesdays or you don't have to be in work till 11am the we also do Bike Taxis. Info here: https://southwarkcyclists.org.uk/bike-taxi-underway/The Bike Train will be using Quietway 1 -- currently London's best Quietway, direct, filtered, traffic-calmed and generally highly recommended. It passes close through central Southwark but finding it can be tricky. Transport for London doesn't feel cyclists should be signposted to it (I don't understand this POV). So you have to be on it before you know it's there. Never mind we can show you how to find it -- the route to QW1 is also very safe, filtered, traffic-calmed etc. Everyone is welcome. The weather forecast is not bad :). Warmer than recently certainly. We can help you come home in the evening -- getting back again is an important part of bike-travel. There are no rules/stipulations or charges except it helps to tell us you are coming. Text me on 07842 640 207. That's it. https://southwarkcyclists.org.uk/events/bike-train-via-qw1-4/
