landlord requiring property services

Hello,

I have a property in Dulwich and I need someone to proceed with a couple of jobs. One to do paintwork including a ceiling damaged by a leak. Second job is to replace a dishwasher which will require removing bits and bobs around the sink as somehow the surface is too low. Ideally work to start in coming week.
