Update - Herne Hill Nanny needed - Mon-Weds for 6 weeks

Recommended Posts

This is an update to our previous posting.

We are still looking for a temporary nanny to care for our 21 month old boy-girl twins on Mon, Tues and Weds 8am-6pm in Herne Hill (on the Tulse Hill side near Brockwell Park).

The role would be starting Mon 12 March and needed 3 days a week for at least a six weeks. You would be covering for our current nanny, who has hurt her wrist, and we are unsure when she'll be able to be back with us.

Some babysitting or additional days may be a possibility during this time, as well as in the longer-term, once you've gotten to know the children.

We are looking for someone reliable, warm and with previous nanny experience with similar aged children. OFSTED registration, DBS checked and first aid all desirable.

If interested, drop me a direct message with a bit about yourself and your experience. Thanks!

    • These neighbours dislike trees period. They refused to have lost trees replaced by the Estate on our communal green. They don’t like the leaf and seed droppings. These make the grass look ‘messy’. Similarly, they don’t like my policy of leaving the tree leaves where they lie on the grass verge - hence chopping the overhanging branches. It’s like living in the 1950s. My neighbours have three gardeners with leaf blowers who come twice weekly to remove every leaf from their front lawns. Their grass is cut weekly and all the  cuttings put in multiple brown bins. It’s an outdated mindset of the moneyed classes in my view. But sadly, I’m very much in the minority.
