Handy person required

I am looking for a reasonable priced handy person who I can call up regularly who can do odd jobs such as re-fitting kitchen unit kick boards to grouting a few tiles to fixing a couple of cracks outside in the render on the house to hanging some pictures or curtain poles. I have just used Vince who is mentioned elsewhere on here, and is highly recommended. He fitted in a fire door install at late notice and works with Howdens SE22 to fit kitchens, gave me some great ideas and am working with him to plan and plot.
