Looking for a spare room for one night a week

Unlikely I know, but I'm a former ED resident who now commutes to London once a week for work. I'm here one night a week, very occasionally two, and work long hours, socialising quite a bit after work too. I wondered if anyone has a spare room sitting unused that I could pay (happy to discuss amounts but I'm not hugely rich) for the use of when I'm in London. I also have weeks when I don't come over at all. I'm a considerate guest, happy to keen a room clean and tidy, and not naturally noisy! A single room would be fine.
