Free Meditation sessions Saturdays and Wednesdays

We now have a venue for every Saturday (**starting 17th March**) and Wednesday

Every Saturday morning 10:30am

Every Wednesday 12:30 to 13:30 started on 7 March 2018

All meditations are free of charge

Suitable for beginners or experienced

No special clothing required - whatever is comfortable

Saturday venue fully wheelchair accessible



Saturday Schedule - no entry after 10:40 please

10:30 - 10:45 talk and instructions

10:45 - 11:10 silent Meditation

11:10 - 11:30 discussion


Wednesday Schedule - no entry after 12:40 please

12:30 - 12:45 talk and instructions

12:45 - 13:10 silent Meditation

13:10 - 13:30 discussion

    • I was not suggesting anything else!   I'm not sure how you interpret what I said  as "irrelevant"? I was responding to a post saying that Corbyn was "unelectable". My point was that a  large number  of the electorate  voted for him!
    • that's exactly what happened - Brickhouse were forced to close due to rent hike and then Gail's didn't move in until covid restrictions lifted and normality resumed. Gail's would have opened much sooner as they were lined up and able to offer the landlord much higher rents. Brickhouse was a local favourite
    • The Brickhouse closed just before Covid December 2019. Nothing to do with Gails muscling in as they didn't move into till December 2022. Stop trying to fit a false narrative into a story
    • Very specific I know! For our daughter who has just finished Year I2. There are many tutors advertising but would really like recommendations. I was going to post on the Tutoring sub board but there appears to be very little traffic there. Feel free to call or text 07342 059948  Many thanks
