I need to address the thorny problem of writing a will but don't wish to simply go to Smiths or download one as I want to taylor it towards some business factors.

Would anyone recommend a local solicitor in the ED area who won't break the bank, please?

Hi does it have to be local solicitor?

I used McClure Solicitors in Covent Garden as part of Will Aid month last November. Solicitors offer their services for free and you make a donation to charity. Last year Will Aid's recommended donation was ?95 for a basic single will and ?150 for mirror wills. A lot cheaper than I was quoted by local solicitors outside of the Will Aid scheme.

McClure do these 'free' wills all year round.

Thank you, Lu. We missed the Will Aid month some years ago as they seemed to oversubscribe very quickly but I'll go and look them up right away!
