Hi

I think that my Bugaboo Bee has faulty front wheels, both of them seem to wobble really badly for no apparant reason and it makes it feel quite unsafe. I know there has been a previous thread about this but I was just wondering if anyone had experience in returning it to be mended? Mothercare have said that I would have to return to a store and I would be offered a loan pushchair whilst it is sent off. I know that it would never be hugely convenient but anyone done this themselves, how long did it take to get it sorted?

Thanks!

Jenny

Hi jenny - I would phone Bugaboo customer services up directly. The number is on their website. We had a broken brake on our Bugaboo Cameleon and it was a year over warranty but they were great and sent us a new chassis in a few days. We then had to post the old one back but it was all free. Def worth a try.
I would second the above advice - our brake handle just snapped and Bugaboo sent a new chassis within days and I have to return the broken one (we are still within the two yr warranty though). I needed the serial number of the buggy and a bank statement to prove purchase date.

    • We’ve had a parcel delivered to our address on Landells Rd for a V Appleby. Have tried a bunch of neighbours but no luck finding them. Please drop me a message if it’s you or if you know them! Thanks
    • I'm all for good design v bad design (accepting that can be subjective) but I suspect most people formally and actively objecting to this (and many similar schemes across the country) aren' TOO exercised by the design - it's just blocking for blocking sake and is a major reason this country can't build anything If we are going to house people, not everyone is going to have a parking space or garden - sorry kids. look to Europe and other parts of the world where denser housing is more commonplace. I can't see any reason why a major capital like London can't build schemes of this scale
