Dulwich Estate - help needed (in refurb application)

Anyone had any experience dealing with DE in refurb application? Our application has not been granted but not because there is any issues with our design proposal. They are not granting based on our neighbour (ground floor flat) windows not being in line with scheme guidelines. Something totally beyond my control.

Looking for advice and help.

      They said on the news this evening that organised displays start tonight and go on all week up to next Sunday  10 nights ! Used to be only 1 or 2  But its alright, we are still in a cost of living crisis 🫣

      So now Halloween is celebrated with fireworks too; the loudest flippin' fireworks some people could find, by the sounds of it.
