Builders to fix 90 year old's steps

I am the friend and helper of a lovely 90 years old woman owns and lives in Victorian house; the steps to the front door are cracked and very unstable. there has been a temporary fix done on what was a hole. As such it is a safety issue, so we would be very grateful someone to come out to look at the steps and give a quote as soon as possible. Can anyone recommend any reliable and reasonable builders?

Maybe also try Southwark handyman service too as they deal with doing work for the elderly. I wouldn't want her to be targeted by the wrong builder.

I think this would be too big a job for Southwark Handyman scheme - they concentrate on smaller jobs, i.e. changing locks, fixing curtain rails, very basic plumbing, moving furniture etc.
