threads on CPZ and wheelie bins blocking spaces seem popular so I thought I?d raise another one.

Large motor homes parked for weeks on end (as obviously not used that regularly) parked outside living room windows blocking light and taking at least 2 parking spaces! Would a CPZ permit be charged double for such a vehicle?

Pretty irritating

It's a real bugbear of mine. I think a 'tortious nuisance' would cover it?

You can certainly spend a night or two in your campervan on the public highway, but you can't permanently camp somewhere without landowner's permission (TFL or local council I assume). It's probably a grey area as to when a quick stay became a camp.

Not everyone can afford a house, Especially with the extortionate prices nowadays!

It's a matter of time before people start to lose their houses & become homeless!

Pretty sure FS was being somewhat ironic...

    • It's been suggested that he may be on drugs because some like ecstasy makes one thirsty. Was that why he stole the bottle of water? But what is strange is that he went in via the front door and reached in towards the rear. He then tilted the rear seat backrests forward so that he could reach right into the back. He did this rather than open a rear or the rear hatch. Go figure! It's my wife's car and she says she always, I RPT,  always locks it. Incidentally, our neighbour no longer locks his car because he has had a side window smashed twice now because of thieves breaking in.
