Seeking Full Time Nanny

Recommended Posts

We are 2 families in East Dulwich seeking a full time live out nanny to start end of April/beginning of May. Between us we have 4 children (ages 6,6, 4 and 4) - all the children go to school/nursery at the same site (nursery is only 3 days a week)- and we live very close to each other so your time will be split between the 2 houses.

We currently have a nanny doing this for us and it works very well but she is leaving to have a baby so we are looking for a replacement.

Please PM me if you are interested in the role.

Thank you

Hi the pink lady I am interested in your post working as a nanny. At the moment I do work as a nursery teacher in the babyroom. But I am looking to further my career working as a nanny.i love working with children which I have been doing so for the last 19 years. I have worked with ages 9 months to 9 years.

    • Closing down completely. The lovely people there are all retiring. Thanks, but Deptford is a long way to go to make two journeys to  take and collect a car! Do they not do even relatively minor repairs if it fails its MOT first time? Then that would require four journeys 😭 Wondering if there's already a thread on here for garage recommendations? People on my road WhatsApp group have recommended some local ones. I'm particularly gutted because apart from the lovely people who worked there,  Dell was a five minute walk for me!
    • I did think that might be the reason, but five years out of seven it's going to be a weekday (I think. Not sure how leap years might affect things!)
    • Probably because the 5th was a weekday. We still have the weekend to come. Also, some fireworks going off nearly every night for the last few months. Last night something was being let off that made a very deep booming noise every 10 seconds or so. That said, if the general public are beginning to see the harm done by firework noise and choosing to use low noise options and refusing to support organised events that still use the full throttle type, I for one would be very happy. Does anyone know if the Herne Hill Velodrome Halloween fireworks event used low noise options?
