Short term let - 1 bed flat

Hi,

We have a 1 bed flat in Nunhead (just off the park) to rent unfurnished on a short term basis. We are flexible on timings - but probably looking at monthly rolling contract for approx. 4 months - so perfect if you are doing building works (and means you don't need to store furniture!)

I've attached a few photos. It's a ground floor flat with a garden (although it is a little overgrown).

Please let me know if you have any questions. It's available immediately and looking for ?1000 per month including bills (it's not in perfect condition hence the reduced rent!).

Hi there Becky, if this is still available I would love to take a look.

The timing would suit me perfectly; I am in need of a short term place while purchasing a property. But just so I am not wasting your time, the absolute most I could get to in terms of rent would be ?850. However, I would be happy to pay for 3 months upfront if that makes any difference, and I would be ready to take it immediately.
