The latest exhibition at Jeannie Avent Art Gallery in Northcross Road is stunning. Its called 'Abstract Voices' and features the work of artist John Taylor. I popped in yesterday to meet him and had a chat about his work. His paintings are really vibrant and geometric. The colours are wonderful. He's there most days next week. Highly recommended. The best exhibition at this gallery ever. Opened daily from 11am - 6pm. Gallery closed on Mondays.

100% agree.

There's a new exhibition on there at the moment by Clementine Swift featuring'Waterline', a series of hand-pulled limited edition screen prints inspired by boats from English coastal towns and her travels around the world. It's been on a week, and ends Wednesday I believe, so last 2 days are today and tomorrow. It's well worth a visit. The artist is a delight and so interesting to talk to - I didn't know much about the complicated screen printing process, and wow her work! It's real art, unique, and special AND super affordable... I came away with 3!

    • I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Yousef and his team for my recent house move in East Dulwich. Downsizing and relocating  my stuff from a house to a flat was made a calm and pleasant experience. The move included large and heavy items of furniture, taking items apart and reassembling in the new place, as well as loads of boxes. Nothing was too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend this service, you will not be disappointed!
