Seeking full time Nanny to start soon

Recommended Posts

Hello!

We are 2 families in SE15 looking for a live-out nanny. We live extremely close to each other (next to Warwick Gardens) and have a brilliant sharing system in place already (sadly our lovely current nanny is leaving us).

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8 to 6; Friday mornings 9 to 1.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays: Girl aged 19 months and boy 16 months, with wraparound care for a 4 year-old boy who is in nursery 9am to 4pm (also very close-by)

Wednesdays and Friday mornings: 4 year-old boy and 19 month girl.

Both families are very reliable at getting home on time!

Requirements:

- Experience with both babies and children (could suit someone with nursery experience)

- DBS checked

- (willing to be) OFSTED registered

- First Aid certificate (or willing to get one)

- Checkable references

- Non-smoker

Preferred:

- Childcare qualifications

- Driver (either own car, or willing to drive our automatic car)

- Native / fluent English speaker

We both have a weekly cleaner but would be keen for the nanny to do children?s washing.

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, but are happy to wait for the right candidate if necessary. Please do PM me if you?re interested.

Many thanks

Chloe

Hi there my amazing and lovely nanny Susanna is seeking a new posting - she continued working with our nanny share partner family after my son started nursery school. I can't recommend her highly enough - gentle, caring, diligent, super reliable... I have a reference if you need and she has others to provide. She can be contacted at [email protected]

I can be contacted by DM if you want to discuss. Daisy.

Hi Chloe,

If you are still looking for someone I can recommend Jade Slattery. She is an energetic caring and loving nanny with lots of experience and energy. She is local and English and knows all the good stuff to do around Dulwich for kids! I can forward you her number if you?d like to meet her!

    • You are most likely correct in thinking that  Kinnock, Blair, Brown, Starmer et all knew it.  But they obviously thought that his skills, abilities and usefulness far outweighed the negatives. Here is a summary of the positives lifted from elsewhere:-   1. Strategic Architect: He was a primary architect of "New Labour," rebranding the party and shifting its core ideology to win the 1997 general election. 2 Master of Communication: Often called the original "spin doctor," he revolutionised how political parties manage the media. He famously created the "grid" system to coordinate government messaging. 3 Networking and Charm: Known as "Silvertongue," he possesses a peerless ability to charm and network with high-level global figures, including business leaders and heads of state. 4. Governance and Trade Expertise: Beyond strategy, he was considered a highly efficient minister, serving as European Commissioner for Trade and Secretary of State across multiple departments, including Business and Northern Ireland.  With his skill and abilities, he delivered results for all his bosses. In the short time in Washington, he found a way to get on the right side of Trump - despite him  being critical of Trump in previous years. That said he is complex personality.  He can be simultaneously brilliant and arrogant, thick-skinned yet sensitive, and selfless for his party while appearing narcissistic in his personal dealings.  My OP asked if he would be accepted over the pond. It turned out he was because he got on famously with trump. He worked out the correct strategy to get on the good side of Trump and secured a better trade deal than the EU and other nations.
    • Malumbu, do you happen to know what the current figure is for "trips into town made by walking, cycling and public transport"?
    • Before voting, do you not think it's logical to evaluate each party on its policies and make a tally of the reasons "For" and "Against" voting for each party.
    • Thanks, hopefully someone will know something!
