*the shadow of UDT drifts past the thread...

Definitely a potential problem and a good suggestion Meds. As I'm not involved, an even securer method would be for everyone to PM me their predictions, that way we can be sure no one is influenced by other predictions. I had this in mind for the League towards the end of the season if it was a close race, but wasn't sure who would receive the PMs...someone near the bottom who couldn't win, or someone on the thread who doesn't play e.g. PGC, SJ etc. It might even be worth doing it for the FA Cup as well, since there are so few games to predict...

I missed the whole UDT thing. But compliments are always welcome.

He should be treated like a child. Take away his phone, computer and other means of communication with the world.

Basel looked a good side last night and Spurs were poor. Our injuries are piling up. We finished the game with nine men! Bale's ankle injury looked particularly nasty. We're down to the bare bones. Doesn't bode well for Everton's visit on Sunday. I'll be there but I'm not at all confident we'll get anything out of the game.

    • @NewWave I know how you feel. Like you, I've lived and spent prolonged periods of time in some pretty crazy places and always thought I could handle a bunch of kids. But, no - they got to me and I was shaking like a leaf afterwards. That's what age does to us.  But I did engage with them, so bear that in mind.  My advice would be to never let anything like that stop you doing the things you love. I'm certainly not going to stop using the park, there's no way they get to take away our cherished spaces!  If you see them, just change tack and keep out of their way. My dog won't even go that way again, so that's that problem solved. (If I see them again, I'm going to keep taking photos from a safe distance).
    • Truly horrific. Being passive or fighting back is what many of us think about by violent theft.
    • What ridiculous waste of money
    • Lots of good primary schools within reach of there. Fairlawn, Goodrich, Ivydale and Horiman. Secondary schools you will definitely get into the Harris Academies or Sydenham Girls or Forest Hill Boys, you might just be on the boundary for the East Dulwich or North Dulwich Charter but it changes every year.
