Eh sorry - I had completely forgotten about Milan. Same point applies though, not been in demand for a fair while.

I think he is just the 4th official on Sunday?

Congratulations to Maxxi, our first winner of the Coup de Mis?re!...

I'd like to thank all the lads, they've been triffic, really have, even when it looked like things were going to go our way they made sure it would be 'tits up' all along the line, for the whole 90 minutes.

I had a special message from the Chairman which I'd like to post but the obscenity laws in this country are, apparently, a little too restrictive for that to happen right now but I'm sure he'll put a little extra something in my Xmas box, what can I say, I'm proud, we're all proud, but we don't stop here, I've already had a telegram from Mr Keegan so we're not going to go all sensible, no we'll stick with the 'six strikers, four midfield and rush goalie' approach that has got us this far.

Oh, and I have a sneaky tip for next week... Man Utd 0 West Ham 4, trust me, it's golden.

New leader :)...

West Ham fans taking a pasting in the press today over the Hitler and hissing chants, and quite rightly too.

It will be interesting to see what the club and/or FA do if the culprits are identified. It's easy to criticse and condemn UEFA over their paltry fines for the abuse of black English players when playing abroad, now let's see what they think is a suitable punishment now that something similar has happened in our own backyard...

Yeah I was there and heard it. All the West Ham supporters seemed to sing were songs against Spurs fans. None about getting behind their team or players apart from Bubbles before the match. It was a minority that sang the really offensive stuff and it did fizzle out but it was loud enough for everyone to hear.

Yeah absolutely disgusting stuff from a portion of WH fans, and hopefully the decent WH fans will condemn it!

Wonder what Peter Herbert will have to say about this following his "Yid Army" objections. Maybe he'll understand that things run deeper than he has bothered to look.

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!

    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
