Watch out!!! Low branch on East Dulwich Road

Had a rather nasty surprise on East Dulwich Road this morning... I was taking a leisurely stroll and a low hanging branch gave me a rather bang on the face, resulting in a significant graze on my cheekbone. Surely the council need to be vigilant of this sort of thing?
