Just a quick heads up, I was driving down Dulwich Common yesterday about 18.00 and noticed two guys on a moped slowly driving on the pavement towards the pond obviously looking for a victim. Just be careful and don't let these people ruin your lovely sunny day in beautiful Dulwich

Surely everybody should be looking out for potential low life who are on the look out for potential victims?

It is perfectly possible both to start a thread on here AND to alert the police.

Most people don't read this forum, I imagine.

And the reason for calling the police to report suspicious behaviour would have been precisely to prevent a crime.

If you want to read and join in about low life you need the Daily Mail's website. How do you spot low life by the way. Is there a uniform?

These are just men who are maybe acting suspiciously (or maybe totally innocent).

The guys who murdered that man for his Rolex in Greenwich are types I'm scared of (and I'm not scared of much - not that I'm brave)
