Used, but is in good condition overall. Our reason for selling it is because it is too big to put together in our current house. It?s an extremely comfortable sofa that seats quite a few people or is perfect for lying out on.

To be upfront: the frame of one of the arms is broken but it doesn?t show. One of the back feet is broken, but it is stable and hidden. There are a couple of stains and scratches, but I have recently steam-cleaned it.
