Hi everyone,

I have been reading this really enlightening book, and had to share it. I would say it is the most beneficial thing I have read since having my daughter, and is helping me to find balance in many ways! Enjoy:

I'm listening to this on audible (slowly, which kind of proves I need to be more mindful and focus more!) and it's lovely. Thanks for reminding me to find the time to finish it, I made notes and there were so many pertinent points in the short part I listened to.

Not just the uk economy! energy prices a result of the Russian invasion, something Johnson said would never happen and as we seek to remove ourselves from non-renewable and Russian controlled natural resources, we have Tories and reform condemning Labour for pursuing renewables. Something most other sane countries are doing  We must also not forget the mad relative in the attic.  Brexit.  Something which contributed massively both to the black hole and to the foreseeable future lack of growth  (this is something starmer has also bizarrely tied himself to. Presumably in an attempt to placate the media/loons who think it was a good idea but which will fail in both aims)
