Gorgeous heavy chenille curtains, hand-made from fabric we bought on the King's Rd (sure as I can be that it was Osborne & Little but as I don't have receipt, I won't say for definite).

Very soft fabric, animal-style print, lined, pleated at the top and perfect size for Victorian bay window.

Some slight fade marks but not really noticeable in the context of the overall print. Anyway, welcome to come and have a look and see for yourself.

Cost over ?1,000.00 but selling for ?100.00.

Dimensions: Each curtain is 250cm long, 150cm wide at the top (stretches to 340cm wide at the bottom when pulled to their full extent)

Ready for pick-up from Upland Road in East Dulwich.

  Definitely this. I'm really quite shocked at my naivety when I look back. As for feeling safe in central London, after many, many years of working there and thriving, I don't feel quite so safe now. I think though that spending a lot more time in the relative peace of East Dulwich since retiring, the noise and speed of everything in central London has become a shock to the system and I'm disoriented. More so north of the river.

  I take precautions, as every woman does. I also have a large dog. It isn’t safe though, my teenagers have each been followed and harassed while walking home through East Dulwich.
