Balaclava clad young male with backpack

Just seen a brief argument break out between two young males on the corner of Fellbrigg Road and North Cross Road. One guy got on his bike and rode away just as a young woman stepped in to intervene and get her friend (the guy without the bike) to stop. The young male on foot then quickly put on a balaclava and chased the bike up North Cross Road towards Barry Road direction.

He then returned minutes later, shouting at the young woman to grab something, woman looked hesitant, both entered a property on Fellbrigg, young male returned soon after walking quickly with balaclava and a backpack towards lordship lane.

Have reported to the police, but in the meantime if anyone else spots this male, please also report to the police to help with his whereabouts.
