Hi Laura, I have also had a bad experience of the customer service at Balayage. They cancelled my appointment without telling me, and instead I found out once I had arrived having taken the day off work. They were rude and dismissive when I let them know how frustrated I was and that I would have much preferred some notice - not a lot to ask in my opinion! Avoid!

Can thoroughly recommend the dry cleaners next to Nunhead station. Really lovely service and decent alterations!

Having been repeatedly told that the 'mast was going to be fixed' by GiffGaff/02 for months, I finally made the switch to EE and I am so much happier. Can finally make phone calls from the comfort of my own home! (Telegraph Hill)

It's a HP Deskjet, and was fully working until around 2 years ago when i attempted to change the cartridge, and hasn't printed properly ever since! Many thanks
