Hi Alice, It's always horrific when this happens. The Forensic Psychology Unit, and espeially Professor Gabbert work actively and direcly with law enforcement agencies across the world, including the Met, to improve policing and interview practices through research. This is an educational event, and it's been in preparation for months. It is a fictional scenario based on an event which took place over 40 years ago. It wouldn't be practical for theatres, cinemas, actors and educators to base their event planning on unknown elements, no matter how sad they are. I'm sure you can understand this.

The latest science based, immersive theatre event from local Professor of Psychology at Goldsmiths, Fiona Gabbert, and the Forensic Psychology Unit. Fiona’s research has had an international impact on operational procedures via introducing evidence-based investigative interview tools and training resources to the field. The hotshot trainees of Detective Squad at New Cross Police Department (NCPD) are the only ones left to solve the case. Donuts will be provided. An immersive science-theatre event combining the best creative and research talent Goldsmiths has to offer! All we need now is you, and your legendary crime-fighting ability! On arrival you’ll be briefed by NCPD Chief of Police, who will provide you with everything you need for the evening. Gather evidence by exploring crime scenes and interrogating key witnesses, recording evidence in your police notebook as you go. We need the name of your prime suspect by end of shift! Before heading home, you’ll be asked to report back to the future to receive 21st Century scientific feedback on your sleuthing skills. Please tell Dulwich College that their decision to allow a real fur trader to appear again in the Dulwich College Xmas Fair is horrific and supports a barbaric industry. Phillipa London sell horrific fur coats, gillets, hats which they greenwash as coming from "natural beginings" - which in reality means a hopeless life is squalid cramped cages and death by anal electrocution, drowning or gassing. They are stall GH10 in the Great Hall. Please beware if taking children past this stand. The fur industry is universally condemed, but support from Dulwich College allows these heartless profit hungry traders to keep fur farms in business. Please boycott the fair until they agree to go FUR FREE. He was given up after suffering behavioural issues after being overwhelmed and overstimulated in his last home. So he needs an adult only home. A year ago, Blue was easily overstimulated with people and was possesive of his space, but the team at CHAT have worked wonders with him. He LOVES treats and head rubs, and he needs an adult home who will be aware and sensitive to his body language and give him space when he needs. But he needs a home. A year without a lifetime pal of his own is too long for the boy! He could also live a semi-outdoor life with a catflap indoors and into a shed.
