June and July Hypnobirthing - new date added due to high demand!

Hello lovely local pregnant folk,


I've got an invitation for you...


Due to high demand, I am running an extra Hypnobirthing Place Group Class on Friday 29th June. It will be the same course materials from the classes I usually do over 2 half days, covered over 1 full day.


This is particularly beneficial if you're:

- Short on time and have busy weekends

- Close to your due date

- Wanting all the benefits of a full hypnobirthing course, including materials and ongoing support, and would like a really lovely immersion into the Hypnobirthing tools and techniques.


Think of it as being like a day's Hypnobirthing retreat!


Alternatively...


JUNE: The June weekend course is fully booked but I have space for one more private couple w/c 18th June.

JULY: There are a few spaces left for July's Group - Saturdays; 7th and 14th.


If you're interested in learning what Hypnobirthing is, whether the Hypnobirthing Place course is a good fit for you and how you might be able to use it for a calmer, more comfortable and positive birth, here's how I can help:


- I have experience of teaching over 200 mums and dads-to-be, mostly local to East Dulwich and the surrounding areas but also further afield. The course has been modified, improved and enriched in that time, also drawing on my doula training.


- My background is in coaching and behaviour change, so my approach is evidence based and extremely practical.


- I am welcoming and inclusive. You AND your birth partner will come away knowing what you can do to positively influence the birth of your baby, together.


- Meanwhile, I will help you to let go of pressure, soften your inner critic and cultivate self belief with kindness and compassion. This can be transformative for parenthood too. In fact, I have designed a relaxation specifically for this.


All this makes The Hypnobirthing Course unique.

      best us president of last 50 years though we might not agree with everything he says or does but hands down last few decades they have been ridiculous just as much as our country political situation

      Instead of trying to grab the largest island on the planet, Trump would have been better off starting with something smaller -such as the Chagos islands.  That way the UK would have saved billions by not having to pay Mauritius  £100 million a year (index linked) for 100 years to take it off our hands.😀

      I'd like to recomend Niko 07818 607583 as a good local plumber. He's responsive, reliable, puncutual and tidy plus he explains your options. I like the way he explains what he isdoing and what I need to do post repair. He's fixed a number of smaller jobs for me, most recently replacing the plug in the bathroom sink. The previous time he was here, he even helped the delivery guy move a chair upstairs for me.

      Can anyone help me understand the booking system? I used to swim a lot at Dulwich Baths by just turning up but more-or-less stopped during/after Covid. I want to start again but am not sure I'm understanding the booking options: I've selected "Lane - Med" and the only options on the days I can do for the next week or more are 20:00 or later. It is just really popular and booked up? Or is the pool busy with classes etc until that point so there is no point hoping I'll ever be able to book for earlier? (I did spot an early evening slot on Sunday 1/2 - but it's not bookable till 26/1...)
