Shamanic Healing Sessions

I am doing a holistic therapy course in techniques rooted in the Peruvian Shamanic tradition, I am offering some free session as part of my course. Some issues that these techniques are particularly good at dealing with are:

- limiting beliefs or repeating patterns

- lack self-confidence

- the feeling of being disconnected from the body. Maybe has pain somewhere in the body or just doesn?t feel fully connected

- needs to cut energetic ties to people have a inexplicable hold over you

- Needs to get different perspective on some matters

If any of this speaks to you or if you know of someone who may want to do some work on some of the above pls pm me or 07838158903.

I am based in East Dulwich, sessions are available in the evenings during the week and also at the weekends.

Hi All

Sorry for the late response. Thank you Peckhampam for posting the definition of a Shaman, the word 'Shaman' comes from Siberia and is a word that has now become a word for indigenous healers across the world - the word means 'one who sees in the dark'. What we try to do in a shamanic session is shed light onto issues that you may be experiencing, to allow you to see a different and higher perspective and rewrite your path.

Some techniques that i use include:

- Illuminations - We work on limiting beliefs and repeating patterns that you feel are holding you back. We do this by thinking of times where this limiting belief or repeating pattern held you back and with each time we slowly let them go and with that the body relaxes we encourage the body to go back to the root cause of this limiting belief, where the root cause of this problem can be understood and bought to the light.

- Soul Retrieval - which is probably the most common shamanic technique. The Peruvian shamans believe that with every trauma you experience in your life a part of our soul is cut off/splits off from our soul to protect it and ourselves. With this technique we aim to reintegrate these 'lost soul parts' back into out lives by journeying to retrieve them and to rewrite the contract/agreement that we made to protect ourselves.

- Body Work - This can includes balancing Chakras and your helping your body restore its natural energy rhythms, working on connection mind, body and soul.

I hope the above helps. I like to work intuitively so like to work out when you come what we work on as generally things evolve and change.

If anyone would like to know more please feel free to message me on here or my mobile number is 07838158903.

Thanks so much

Did you train in Soul Retrieval under Sandra Ingerman? It's just that I have finished a rigorous Shamanic Practitioner Training and we spent a whole week on this area alone. Soul retrieval is such sensitive work, requiring a lot of aftercare and diagnostic journeys beforehand.

I'm just asking because there are some people out there who practice without full training, in other shamanic techniques also, and this can cause a huge amount of energetic harm. I'm not saying you are doing this! It's simply a case of stating your teacher's name and so honouring them - as all Shamen do.

Best wishes for your work

Louise

Hi Louise

Thanks for your message. I could not agree more - Soul Retrieval is extremely sensitive work and its work that i do with the upmost respect and humility. As mentioned i'm still doing my training, I've been on the Temenos Touch course run by Eveyln Brodie who studied under Alberto Villoldo and many other teachers - Don Francisco and Don Sebastian and other Q'ero elders to name just a few of her many teachers.

I've been in my training since February and since then i have journeyed on behalf of many others as well as myself and i have found the results extremely profound and impactful, the difference it makes to people's lives and perspectives is what makes me so passionate about this work. I'm in awe of this work and think its a privilege to have found myself doing this training.

I am not a shaman and definitely don't think its something that someone decides they are, i really think its an honour that is bestowed upon someone.

I would love to speak to you more about your training if you are free at any time, did you study under Sandra Ingerman? She's really quite incredible!

Munay Louise!

    • Sorry but I think it's best if people just check things for themselves when they buy things. In three shops/restaurants (from some years back) I just avoid the places concerned, as in all three  cases I was pretty sure it wasn't a genuine mistake, and in one place  it happened more than once and usually late at night.
    • Sorry Sue - me again. This has been on my mind all day, it's a big bug bear of mine. If you don't mind - please can you private message me some of these shops so I can cross reference / add to my AVOID list.  Thanks in advance. Let's make sure this doesn't happen this Christmas, particularly as we head into sales season. Even more problematic in my experience.
    • Pity you didn't quote what you are referring to, Mal. I didn't see the previous post, and my mind is boggling 😮
    • The Cherry Tree was absolutely excellent for a while when a youngish couple ran it and brought in a really good chef. It was them who renamed it The Cherry Tree. They were really turning it around. The chef did fantastic Scotch eggs, and one of the best roasts I've ever had. If memory serves the then owner,  for some reason known only to himself, took a dislike to them and what they were doing and sacked them all. And yes we weren't expecting a top class  meal last Christmas, and we left it too late to book anywhere else, but we weren't expecting it for a hundred pounds EACH to be quite as terrible as it was. Stupid us. Not sure why you are confused by my post, Jazzer? Did I misremember? Now it's got even more confusing because my posts have been merged and your confused emoji is shown at the bottom of the second one instead of the first 🤣
