Bifold door repair

Our schuco bi-fold doors have somehow come off the runner at the bottom so we can?t open them. Has anyone ever had repairs carried out to bi-fold doors - if so who did you use? Not sure where to start!

We found someone who came and had a look but hasn't been round to carry out the repair yet as he is so busy, so can't really give a recommendation at the moment!
