Moving to a smaller property and can't house these two. Good sturdy sofas (around 8 years old) with lots of life left in them. One is an exceptionally comfortable and stable sofa-bed and the other just a comfy sofa.

Smoke-free and pet-free home.

A slight tear to the flap covering the sofabed mattress (not the mattress itself), but this is only noticable when assembling as a bed.

Looking for ?35 for the sofabed and ?30 for the sofa. Can potentially deliver for a small fee.
