ED Light Posted July 28, 2018 Share Posted July 28, 2018 Just tried to grab a bite to eat at the plough with family....Despite being empty - our order was wrong and there were gaps in the menu, it took an hour to get food served, part of the order was left on the hot plate for 20mins waiting for the rest of the food to arrive, a dish served was not as described. A refund was requested - it took too much time to get resolved (the supervisor had to call the management), and there was no thought of an apology. Surprising given past experience and very disappointing. Maybe just a bad night, but will not go again.
