  1. Big fan of ScrewFix, but not on Lordship lane. Hopefully planning will prevent the large white and blue signage / billboards. Also, tradesmen parking will be a challenge - their business will not be reliant on walk ins Maybe they could call it ‘ScrewFix on the Lordship’ for it to be more inkeeping 🤔
  2. I’m going to open a 99p shop next to Poundland and take all their business
  3. Who decides the Christmas lights on Lordship Lane? Cost of living crisis or otherwise, we’re better than this.
  4. Any idea what is replacing Lila’s ? Real shame to see that business move on
  5. What?s with the fireworks happening at midnight the last few nights? Chinese New Year?
  6. Switch to wifi calling through your provider when at home.
  7. I cannot speak highly enough of Roger and Elliot. Thank you both. They fixed the issue while I was on holiday, with very regular communication throughout. Certainly the 4th emergency service, park the AA! Call Roger: 07518 577977
  8. Hello - I?m after some help. Can you turn left onto east dulwich grove from townley road in school times. I read somewhere the restrictions are only specific to northbound or right turn. I drove past townley last week in the morning and it was empty, so wondering if there?s no traffic allowed through there at all now?
  9. Does the Tippler location have a new business going in?
  10. Try panoramic doors, different concept to bifold but they work great, we?re v happy with them https://panoramicdoors.co.uk/
  11. Read on the door of Pearspring they are working to reopen.... Such a good shop / business, would be lovely to see it come back Pearspring team - hope it works out, expect some surge demand at the start as you?ll have lots of folks stopping by!
  12. Close the South Circular for Dulwich College, Dulwich Prep, Oakfield and Rosemead????? I ditched my car over lockdown. The anti car rhetoric is a little tiresome - unless there?s a good alternative. We should all stop car use and switch to driverless pods which roam Autonomously ready to get called!
  13. 14. It was cleared this morning - I love the coincidence and irony it was cleared the day of lockdown when there ?should? be less traffic on the road. Keep smiling
  15. Why on earth are there traffic lights managing these roadworks? Outside JAGS school on East Dulwich Grove. 1) adding chaos to an already chaotic area given recent traffic changes. It added 20mins of travel time the other night. 2) the works are encroaching the carriageway by a MAXIMUM half a meter. All it needs is a couple of cones. Who decides this stuff?? - and signs off the budget?
  16. Visit Herbert & Ward, based in Kent. Many of the EDbusinesses use H&W in the cafes. They do next day home delivery also
  17. https://www.bronzewoodlondon.com/residential/ Bronzewood in Peckham supply and fit metal railingS / gates.
  18. I went down Melbourne today and was really surprised they?d double yellowed the short-duration parking bays close to the grove vale junction. Why? All they were there for was to help parking / custom for the local businesses. Bizarre.
