Our team of volunteers, led by professional mechanic Charlie, will fix brakes, index gears, pump up tyres and knowledgeably discuss bottom brackets. They often but not always carry small parts so it?s best to bring them yourself if you know or suspect that you need them.


All this is organised by Southwark Cyclists who are the borough branch of the London Cycling Campaign. Everything we do is free. You don?t need to live in Southwark or be a member of anything at all. People sometimes ask why we?re doing this and TBH I?m not entirely sure but we have a good time and everyone seems pleased with the results.


You can find us between 5.30 and 7.30pm in Peckham Square between Peckham Pulse and Peckham Library. Pic of the Arch is attached.       A fair amount hangs on SCOTUS in the coming days. Will they prop up Trump's powers under Executive Orders or choose to support Congress? Some of the Judges are clearly corrupt but perhaps others, like Coney Barrett, will grow a conscience.

      Yes, he would become President.  Lyndon Johnson, VP became President after the assassination of John Kennedy.  Harry Truman, VP became President after the death in office of Franklin Roosevelt.  Andrew Johnson, VP became President after the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.
